RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," the buyer has the right to exchange an item for an identical one within 14 days if the purchased item did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons. An exchange is also possible under the same conditions if the item, price tags, and the sales receipt issued by the seller along with the item are NOT DAMAGED (or are available).
